member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas - Renaud Dumora appointed Deputy Chief Operating Officer of BNP Paribas, in charge of the
Investment & Protection Services division, and Chairman of BNP Paribas Cardif
Pauline Leclerc-Glorieux is appointed Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Cardif and a member of the Executive Committee of the BNP Paribas Group. She succeeds Renaud Dumora, who is appointed Deputy Chief Operating Officer of BNP Paribas in charge of the Investment & Protection Services division. Renaud Dumora is also appointed Chairman of BNP Paribas Cardif. These appointments took effect the day after the general meeting of the BNP Paribas Group on 18 May, 2021. Pauline Leclerc-Glorieux has ten years of experience at insurer BNP Paribas Cardif. Her successive responsibilities in business development and performance management, management accounting and as chief actuary have given her an in-depth understanding of financial objectives and their management, along with deep expertise in analyzing and managing risks. She subsequently became head of Efficiency, Technology and Operations at BNP Paribas Cardif in this capacity she defined and deployed the insurer's business strategy readying the company to meet the challenges of the insurance of tomorrow.
Renaud Dumora accelerated the digitalization of BNP Paribas Cardif, enabling it to better serve partners and customers, at the same time driving the insurer's international expansion and partnership culture. He also strengthned the company's responsible investment policy to enable customers to allocate their savings to a more environmentally-responsible and more inclusive future. As Deputy Chief Operating Officer of BNP Paribas, Renaud Dumora takes responsibility for the new Investment & Protection Services division, comprising BNP Paribas Asset Management, BNP Paribas Cardif, BNP Paribas Wealth Management and BNP Paribas Real Estate. Renaud Dumora also succeeds Pierre de Villeneuve as Chairman of BNP Paribas Cardif.

Pauline Leclerc-Glorieux began her career with the French Ministry of Finance and Industry. In 2002 she joined French financial markets regulator AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers), holding a series of positions including Deputy General Secretary, heading the department responsible for service providers, management and savings. She joined the Finance Department of BNP Paribas Cardif in 2011 as Head of Development and Performance Management and then Head of Management Accounting. She was Chief Actuary of BNP Paribas Cardif from 2014 to 2018. In January 2016 she was appointed to the BNP Paribas Cardif Executive Committee. In 2019 she was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Efficiency, Technoly and Operations, with responsability for defining and deploying the company's business strategy.
Pauline Leclerc-Glorieux is an engineering graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Corps des
Mines. She is a member of the French Institute of Actuaries.
Renaud Dumora began his career with the Compagnie Bancaire Group in 1990 as head of statistics studies and then management controller. In 1994 he joined the actuarial department of BNP Paribas Cardif, holding a series of positions before becoming head of the department. In 2004 he became Head of Protection Insurance before being appointed co-head of International operations in 2007 and a member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas Cardif. In 2009 he was appointed Head of the Finance and Risk Management Departments and then Head of Legal Affairs as well in 2014. He became Chief Operating Officer in 2012. In 2015 he was named Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Cardif and then Chief Executive Officer in 2016, becoming a member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas. Renaud Dumora is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the National School of Statistics and Economic Administration, and is a member of the French Institute of Actuaries.
