Anne du Manoir has been appointed Director of Human Resources of BNP Paribas Cardif and becomes a member of the insurer’s Executive Committee, effective January 1, 2021. She replaces Sophie Joyat, who will join the BNP Paribas Group Human Resources Department. 

With over eight years of experience at the BNP Paribas Group and in-depth knowledge of human resources management, Anne du Manoir will contribute to the transformation of BNP Paribas Cardif and pursue the insurer’s drive to develop diversity and agility and train staff in tomorrow’s in-demand skills.    

Anne du Manoir began her career in human resources in 1996 with LVMH before joining software specialist InfoVista in 2000. Between 2007 and 2010 she was Human Resources Director for Habitat France and then Senior HR manager at AXA Investment Managers. She joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2012 as Director of Human Resources for France, becoming international HR head in 2017. She was appointed a member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate Board of Management in 2019.

Anne du Manoir has a post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management for Ciffop (Université Paris-II) and a Master in Information and Communication from the CELSA journalism school.
