Although our core business is focused on insurance, protection and savings, we offer a wide variety of professions and positions. As such, there are about 400 different professions in France and abroad, ranging from finance to actuarial science, including CSR, human resources, IT, technology and data-science.
We adapt to the needs and professional projects of our employees by offering them the opportunity to move, in France or abroad in some thirty countries, or to discover a new job within the company, or in another subsidiary of the BNP Paribas group.

Data expresses its full potential thanks to our data scientists and analytics managers who make the link between algorithms and the reality on the ground. We have about a hundred data scientists and analytics managers around the world and we will have about 150 by 2025.

Since the future of work is already taking shape, we are investing massively in the jobs of tomorrow by working, for example, hand in hand with the Ecole Polytechnique in order to train our analytics managers and data scientists in a sustained manner.

AMA aims to train our changemakers, leaders of today and tomorrow, to help them spread the culture of AI throughout the company, and equip them to ask the right questions and make the right decisions. They can leverage AI to drive strategic value for our partners, customers, and employees, drive operational efficiency, and help reduce risk.
Our actuaries at the heart of the company’s strategy and development
At BNP Paribas Cardif, actuarial science is at the heart of our activity and is present all the way to the Executive Committee, where several members are actuaries, including Pauline Leclerc-Glorieux, Chief Executive Officer. In total, there are 650 actuaries in Europe, Asia and Latin America, working on various strategic topics. They can bring their expertise to different teams: actuarial, finance, risk, analytics, asset management, etc. This offers a large number of possibilities where everyone can build the course that suits them, according to their appetites!
With this international community, it is essential to encourage sharing and encounters. Every month, we offer all our actuaries the opportunity to discuss the key topics of their profession. Semi-annual meetings are also organised between the various actuarial and finance managers of our countries and the head office.

We also support our actuaries by offering them the financing of specific continuing education courses: Enterprise Risk Management, Certificate of Actuarial Expertise, Analytics, etc. in order to support them in the development of their knowledge and the profession.
