In 2021, as part of its Partnership Management approach and with a view to satisfying its partners, the BNP Paribas Cardif International Markets Department conducted the fifth Partner Survey in 29 countries where BNP Paribas Cardif operates. 

This survey, which is conducted every two years with BNP Paribas Cardif’s partners, assesses their level of satisfaction with the offers with which they are provided and the partnership relationship that BNP Paribas Cardif has with them. The survey is based around 4 categories: the customer experience, the operational efficiency, the partner success, and the digital transformation. By scoring each item with a level of satisfaction and a level of importance, the answers allow to better understand the expectations of their partners, to identify areas for improvement, and thus to build a lasting partnership that is beneficial to both parties.

Each Partner Survey allows for dialogue with partners of BNP Paribas Cardif, and the establishing of an action plan, according to their feedback. This allows to improve the offer that the company offers to its partners.

In order to be able to measure evolutions and make comparisons, this fifth survey was conducted using the same approach in every country:
• Telephone interviews with key partners identified by the country
• Using a local surveying organisation 
• A standardised questionnaire allowing for the consolidation of results
