Each year, the event tries to respond to the major environmental and societal challenges of our century, and connects entrepreneurs and investors in order to find more effective solutions for the future. For 3 days, ChangeNow brings together 1000 concrete solutions, more than 400 speakers and nearly 800 investors. For this 5th edition, the summit took place from May 19 to 21 at the ephemeral Grand Palais in Paris.
Collaboration between entrepreneurs, civil society, policy makers and large companies unlocks new opportunities and invests in the innovative solutions we need for the transition to a more sustainable world.
Loss of biodiversity, global warming, limited resources… The challenges facing the planet are very vast and ChangeNow is an opportunity for the world, committed to sustainable and positive impact solutions.
This year, 400 speakers came to animate this edition: among others, the Prime Minister of New Zealand Jacinda Ardern, Adam McKay (Director of the movie Don't Look Up), Dr Jane Goodall (ethologist specializing in chimpanzees), Vianney Vaute (co-founder and CCO of Back Market) or Kowawa Apurinã (indigenous chief). Wide ranges of themes were discussed, such as the sustainable city, renewable energies, sustainable fashion or education.
