Our engagement towards diversity
A company project in four main levers
Diversity is a major project for our company. An action plan has been deployed for almost ten years, in order to make it tangible for all, both staff and clients.
This principle is expressed by the attention we pay to:
- Professional equity between men and women
- Jobs and integration for disabled persons
- The promotion of a multi-cultural approach
- The sustainable professional insertion of the young and the elderly
Among the initiatives that have been installed, one counts:
- An important plan to support parenthood
- The formalization of our general principles to prevent all sorts of discriminations and to promote equal changes within a document entitled "Our engagements in favor of diversity", handed over to all the employees around the world.
- A section dedicated to diversity in our company's intranet, to bring awareness and inform our staff
- A new educational program dedicated to diversity, destined to our managers and our staff representatives.
