Diversity
Diversity represents a major corporate project for BNP Paribas Cardif. An ambitious plan of action is underway to bring home this reality to all, staff and customers included, for both internal and external relations.
BNP Paribas Cardif has a Diversity Committee, chaired by Eric Lombard.
Amongst the decisions taken by this Committee:
- The formalization of our general principles for fighting all forms of discrimination and promoting equal opportunities through “Our commitments in support of diversity” distributed to all staff around the world in January 2009.
- The launch of an Innov@ction Challenge, asking the question “Which actions should be undertaken to promote diversity and turn it into an advantage for the company, the staff and its customers?”, thus making our staff in France and around the world actors of this project.
- The opening of a diversity section on the company's Intranet to raise awareness and inform staff.
- The setting up of a diversity training program for managers.
