Three years ago, BNP Paribas Cardif began integrating Socially Responsible Investing (SRI) criteria in selecting the securities in the Cardif Assurance-Vie general fund, which totals nearly 75 billion euros.
We have also created three new themed unit-linked funds for customers seeking a proactive approach to socially-responsible investing: "BNP Paribas Insertion Salariés" is a socially responsible fund that supports employment; "BNP Paribas Aqua" is a fund dedicated to water technologies and infrastructures; "SAM Smart Energy" invests in renewable energies, providing exposure for investors who believe in the ability of this sector to contribute to a sustainable future.
