BNP Paribas Cardif consolidates its brand in Italy with a new name from BNL VITA to CARDIF VITA

BNL Vita, the leading insurance company in the life and bancassurance market present in Italy since 1987, announces the change of its company name and rebranding to Cardif Vita.
Cardif Vita, which is 100% controlled by Cardif Assicurazioni S.p.A. since December 2011, is the company specialized in investment and pension sector among BNP Paribas Cardif activities in Italy, the insurance worldwide brand of BNP Paribas Group.
The new brand Cardif Vita reinforces its membership to the insurance group and it is aimed to enhance a compact representation, in order to coherently deploy its strategy and to catch with strength and cohesion all market opportunities.
Leveraging on being part of one of the first insurance pole in Italy, Cardif Vita will be able to combine its distinctive skills and credibility gained in over twenty years of experience with a path of growth in terms of product innovation and further enhancement of the distribution.
Contextually to the rebranding, Cardif Vita moved its registered offices close to Cardif offices.The structures concentration aims at further facilitating the enhancement of complementarities and synergies.
