In Belgium, BNP Paribas Cardif works with the 1,100 branches in the BNP Paribas Fortis network to market insurance products in partnership with AG Insurance, which is 25% owned by BNP Paribas.
In the extremely promising Turkish market, BNP Paribas Cardif is accelerating the development of bancassurance with the signing of an exclusive partnership to distribute savings products (life insurance and pension funds), plus certain protection products via the new entity created by the merger of the TEB and Fortis branch networks. Creditor insurance and revenue protection are already marketed by BNP Paribas Fortis branches.
In Poland, the bancassurance model is deployed across 300 BNP Paribas Fortis branches.
