Cardif launched a new website in the Netherlands

Cardif Netherlands has completely changed its corporate website. It is clearly consumer focused.“We’ve not only improved the overview of relevant information, we’ve also put a lot of effort in customer service elements”, explains manager marketing communication Hanny Breel.
One of the essential new features is the broker search function. Using google maps business partners are being directed to from the consumer’s postal codes. A diversity of online forms makes it easy for insured to change their details or ask for a copy of their policy. Other new features are a smart search function as well as a tag cloud representing important key words on the home page.
