Gérard Binet

 

Gérard Binet, 56, is a graduate of the HEC business school.

 

He joined the Group in 1977.

 

He was head of planning and management control for Cardif before being named vice president, business development in France. Beginning in 1989 he was instrumental in Cardif's international expansion and was appointed director of international operations in 1992. In 2007 he became head of Development and Strategy and was named Senior Advisor in 2009.

 

Gérard Binet was named Deputy Managing Director of Cardif in 2002 and has been a member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas Assurance since 2004.
